Understanding the problem statement
Conducting focussed interview with the leadership for understanding the long term vision and
internal challenges in achieving the same

Identifying capability gaps
Detailed study and evaluation of the organisational structure to understand existing capabilities,
and how leadership can handover operational tasks to capable individuals

Developing a leadership development curriculum
There was a need to train the management on the subjects of strategic leadership, delegation and
empowerment to prepare the leadership with the competencies of setting vision, and undertaking
high impact initiatives.

Delivery
The training was delivered through a day long live workshop by BOD’s senior partners who hold
subject matter expertise in their respective domains.
