There was a need to train the management on the subjects of strategic leadership, delegation and
empowerment to prepare the leadership with the competencies of setting vision, and undertaking
high impact initiatives.
The training was delivered through a day long live workshop by BOD’s senior partners who hold
subject matter expertise in their respective domains.
