Writer – Branding
About the Role
- We are seeking a Writer with a flair for crafting brand voices and narratives.
- In this role, you will help define how brands sound, speak, and connect – from naming and tone of voice to campaign copy and storytelling.
- You will work across industries and mediums, collaborating with designers and strategists to create integrated, compelling brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Verbal Identity Systems: Conduct copy and tone audits and create names and/or nomenclature frameworks, tone of voice, taglines, and writing guidelines.
- Write for Diverse Touchpoints: Craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy for websites, packaging, launch campaigns, and social media.
- Support Strategic Storytelling: Translate brand strategy into narratives that resonate with audiences.
- Client Collaboration: Participate in client-facing discussions to understand needs, present creative solutions, and refine deliverables.
- Maintain Clarity and Consistency: Ensure that messaging remains cohesive and on-brand across all outputs.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in branding, copywriting or communications.
- Strong Writing Skills: Ability to write across tones, formats, and platforms.
- Strategic Creativity: Understand how words influence brand perception and engagement.
- Ownership and Accountability: Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Works well in cross-functional teams, integrating seamlessly with strategists, writers, designers, and project managers.
- Curiosity and Drive: A love for learning, experimenting, and pushing creative boundaries.
- Familiarity with design or content and/or AI tools is a plus.
