Defined the long term strategy and vision and took the lead role in consolidating their different service verticals under a single, unified brand which we implemented across all touchpoints. Created a powerful and professional digital presence reflecting the change. This resulted in enhanced internal focus and alignment of teams towards a unified vision and mission. This was followed by a significant uplift in brand image which is reflected in their ability to drive share of wallet penetration in key accounts, higher billability and longer term contracts.
